Thank you for considering our club for your child's swimming journey.

The first thing you need to do is to request a trial, every new member gets three free trial sessions. To request a trial, click on the Club menu above and select Request a Trial from the drop down list. The Membership Secretary will be in contact with you to discuss when you are available and also gauge what session your child should trial out in. Your three free trial dates and times will be confirmed.

When the trial sessions are nearly completed, and you have decided to join us, we will ask you to complete a Registration Form for both a parent and the child swimming. To do this click on the Club menu above and select Registration Form from the drop down list.

Finally, we will transfer your Registration Form to a Membership Form, we will send you a link to log into your Swim Club Manager account and from there you can communicate will the club and track the progress of your child. You will also need to set up a Direct Debit for fees to be paid, once you have logged in you will see on the Dashboard where to set up your Direct Debit. Our Direct Debits are set up using Go Cardless. All payments are by Direct Debit only. No fees or sessions will be added to your account until the trial sessions are over.

All monthly fees are requested on th 1st of each month, you will receive notification of this and can track payments in Swim Club Manager.

Once you have activated your Swim Club Manager account you then need to download the app for your mobile device and log in using the same login and password, this will give you access on the go.

Your annual membership fee will be invoiced as agreed with our Membership Secretary, but generally within the first week of you joining the club, this is for insurance purposes and enables us to register your child with Swim England as a member.
